Bentley’s Coffee App Account Deletion & Data Privacy

This page applies to users of the Bentley’s Coffee mobile application, which is powered by Touchpoint. This page explains how to delete your Bentley’s Coffee app account and what happens to your data.

Account Deletion

If you have created an account in the Bentley’s Coffee app, you may delete your account at any time directly within the app.

Account deletion is immediate once requested.

When your account is deleted:

• Personal information associated with your account, including name, email address, phone number, and device identifiers, is permanently deleted.

• You will no longer have access to your account or any related app services.

Data Retention

After account deletion, Touchpoint may retain limited, non-identifiable, and aggregated data related to historical activity, such as drinks ordered, visit frequency, and usage trends. This data is retained solely for analytics, reporting, and service improvement purposes and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Certain information may also be retained as required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

Data Processing

All data collected through the Bentley’s Coffee mobile application is processed and stored through Touchpoint’s infrastructure and is not shared directly with Bentley’s Coffee store locations.
